Join us for an online celebration of the most whimsical adventures in D&D, including The Witchlight Carnival, an epic multiple-table experience that takes players through the carnival at its most chaotic and wonderful.
The Witchlight Carnival flies in once every eight years. Hosted by the mysterious Mr. Witch and Mr. Light, the carnival is full of magical wonders, marvelous games, and magnificent food. This is no ordinary carnival; it uses magic to travel from world to world across the Material Plane.
A 4-hour epic adventure for level 1 characters.
You’ve been here before, don’t you remember? Yes, as a child. Oh it was a better time. You lost something dear to you at the carnival the last time, didn’t you?
Perhaps you’ll be able to get it back again this time.
Wait, you really don’t remember? Sign up for the prelude adventure: WBW-PR Lost Things. That should jog your memory!
(Don’t fret! If you can’t play the prelude, you’ll be given the down-low by your DM before the epic starts.)
This is an Adventurers League epic event– a multi-table event where your party’s actions can affect those at other tables. Expect chaos at the carnival!
This adventure takes you through Chapter 1 of The Wild Beyond the Witchlight. When you’re done, you’ll have a character ready to jump into Chapter 2.
With the power of ｃｙｂｅｒｓｐａｃｅ, this will be an online event via Roll20 and the Legitimate Business discord.

Many years ago, the Witchlight Carnival drifted into our world, drawing you in to delight in its Fey wonders. Entry without a ticket is strictly forbidden, and the consequences for trespass echo through time.
A 2-hour prelude adventure for The Wild Beyond the Witchlight campaign. You’ll create kid versions of your characters and explore the carnival unaware of the malevolence that lurks within.

Tasked with obtaining an important item for a ritual, adventurers take a trip to the domain of Starlight, just in time for a cultural festival: the Silent Bazaar. They’ll need to embark on a scavenger hunt through the tropical paradise to get what they need.

The Tavern of the Ember King appears during the Feast of the Moon in an alleyway in Waterdeep. The tavern is the hospitable domain of the pixies who spark embers in campfires. New adventurers can go here to begin their journey in the Feywild, and veteran adventurers meet inside for drinks and stories. Coin isn’t needed here – food and drink can be purchased for a tale. For new Feywild explorers, the benevolent Ember King offers advice and their first adventure in exchange for the tale of their exploits. Once agreed, the now pixie-sized party finds themselves at the top of the tavern and have one hour to find their way to the bottom.

Your character must be an Adventurers League character that’s between level 1 and 4 from the Forgotten Realms campaign.
(As of Season 11, all Forgotten Realms characters are back in the same campaign. Check out the Season 11 Players guide for the current rules. The Eberron and Mist Hunters campaigns are still separate.)
